Led the end-to-end development of the e-Referral Service (e-RS) Clinical Triage capability, taking the project from scoped requirements through to full product assurance with NHS England. Delivered a robust solution enabling clinicians to triage referrals efficiently within national workflows, enhancing patient care and system efficiency.

Delivered the NHS CIS2 Authentication integration for Strata Health UK systems, ensuring secure and seamless access for health and care professionals across England to national clinical systems. This critical service underpins secure identity verification at scale within the NHS, supporting frontline digital healthcare delivery.

A multi-vendor ITK accreditation project, working with Dscribe Limited and Orion Health to help both providers achieve ITK accreditation as part of a wider initiative to transform how the Trust shared data with GP surgeries and primary care. Clinical correspondence was delivered via an ITK-compliant Docman Hub and received by GP systems through local Docman instances integrated with GPSoC. Accredited products: Orion Health Rhapsody v5.4 (discharge summaries) and Dscribe Cube v1.3 (outpatient correspondence) — enabling Trust and providers to benefit from the Information Sharing Challenge Fund through demonstrated ‘meaningful use’.
